New to yoga? No problem! An experienced Yogi? Great! Whether needing to learn the basics or deepen your practice, this class is for you. All the traditional standing and seated poses combine with the breath in a class that works for everyone. Build strength, develop stamina, increase flexibility, this will do it all.
Slow Flow
Never tried a Flow class? Not sure if it's right for you? Maybe wanting a little slower Flow? This class teaches you how to move from one pose to another. Combining breath with movement for a great workout. A slower Flow class with instruction on all the fundamentals is a great way to get moving and deepen your practice. It works for all levels.
Yoga Flow
If you are ready to get moving this class is for you. Not too fast, not too slow but just right. This class is series of postures that flow from one to the next. You'll be up, you'll be down, you might break a sweat, but when you're done you'll feel refreshed and energized. Some familiarity with basic poses is helpful before taking this class.
Bodies In Motion
This flow class with a focus on alignment and breath will help take you to new levels; connecting mind and body. Challenge yourself in new ways as you move through poses with intent. Whatever your current level of practice you will learn to take it deeper with this fun and energetic class.
Fit & Flexible
By combining light hand weights with Flowing Yoga poses you'll get a workout that sculpts every major muscle group- think Warrior One with bicep curls. Increase strength and build endurance while blasting calories. A great compliment to any yoga practice.
