Covid 19 changes?

Due to COVID 19 there are NO props available in the studio. This includes blocks, blankets, mats and other items. Please plan to bring your own. These items are readily available on line and in retail stores. To ease your arrival, please try register for classes and purchase packages on line through Mind Body. The studio is setup to allow for safe physical distancing.  Click here for full details on the registration and check in process.

What is Mindbody?

Mindbody is our student registration and management system. All classes and workshops must be registered for in advance though either the Mind Body application on you cell phone, or in the Mindbody consumer portal website. The Mindbody app is available through your phone’s app store. To use the Mindbody website click here. Once at the site or on the app you can create a user account or log into your existing account to schedule a class or purchase a package. Here is a link to quick tips video that may help setting up an account or resetting your password.

What is Zoom?

Zoom is our platform to stream classes live to your home. Based on our positive experiences and student interest we will continue to offer virtual classes streamed live via the Zoom. Zoom is easy to use, and makes it convenient for you to join classes at home. We also realize that given the reduced class sizes at the moment that this will allow more of you to participate when classes fill. The studio schedule will include registration links to sign up for both virtual and in person classes. Click here for detailed instructions for using Zoom.
